Before joining The CURL Masterplan, we begin with a Curl Consultation — a one-on-one video call designed to make sure this journey is the right fit for you. This isn’t just a quick chat; it’s a chance for us to dive deep into your hair history, your routine, your frustrations, and your dreams.

During this call, I’ll listen to what you’re experiencing, answer your questions, and explain how the Masterplan works. It’s also where I assess whether I can genuinely support you in achieving the results you’re looking for. Because this program is highly personalised and requires a real commitment on both sides, an application and consultation are essential.

This is the flagship service - the cornerstone of your entire CURL Masterplan. A once-off, premium half-day experience where everything changes.

When you arrive, the salon is yours. The space is quiet, calm, and fully reserved for you.
We begin with an in-depth consultation - looking at your hair, your current routine, your lifestyle, your frustrations, and your goals. From there, we rebuild a curl method that actually works for you.

This is a full restyle and reimagining. I detox, treat, cut, and coach you through every step. You’ll learn how to work with your curls at home - hands-on and step-by-step. I show you exactly how to wash, apply, style, and maintain your curls using the right products and techniques for your unique pattern and lifestyle.

You’ll leave with everything you need; products, tools, accessories, and most importantly, a personalised Method Manual to take home.

Your specific products are at extra cost and will be detailed on the day depending on your specific requirements.

3–4 weeks after your Recalibration, we reconnect via video call to check in on your progress. This is your personal curl coaching call—designed to help you refine your new routine and stay supported.

We’ll review what’s working, adjust anything that needs it, and keep your transformation on track.

Every time you come in, we reassess your hair, routine, and goals. You don’t have to get a haircut every time—but if you need a full restyle, it’s included. This is about consistency and care, not just cutting.
